When dental care is urgent
It’s worth coming in urgently if a tooth hurts badly and won’t stop, your gum or cheek is swollen, a tooth has chipped or fallen out, a filling or crown has come off, the gum around a wisdom tooth is inflamed, or bleeding won’t stop after an extraction. Situations like these shouldn’t wait until next week — inflammation grows, and a tooth can be lost.
At STATUS Dental Center, doctors’ schedules vary. Day doctors see patients on their regular schedule until 00:00. Two night-shift doctors work until 06:00 in the morning — they’re marked with a "Night reception" badge on the Doctors page. We don’t say "24/7" and don’t promise walk-in visits without an appointment: each doctor’s schedule is their own. Call or message us on WhatsApp, and the administrator will tell you who can see you and when.

The doctor examines you, orders a single-tooth X-ray if needed, finds the cause of the pain and explains what to do.

The doctor addresses the acute problem: treating the tooth, draining inflammation, extracting a tooth, or placing a temporary filling. What’s needed depends on the case.

Treatment plan
Once the acute issue is under control, the doctor gives you the next steps and records them. Further treatment continues once you agree.

What to do before your visit
Before the visit, you can rinse your mouth with warm water, avoid applying heat to the sore spot, and take pain relief per the label if you have no contraindications. Don’t try to drain any swelling yourself.
If swelling is growing fast, making it hard to breathe or swallow, or you have a fever or feel unwell, call an ambulance at 103 or 112. These are situations where you shouldn’t wait for a clinic appointment.
