Privacy Policy

This is a translation of the Russian-language original at status-dental-center.kz/politika-konfidencialnosti/. If there is any difference between the two, the Russian version governs.
1. Who we are
The website status-dental-center.kz belongs to Status Medical Clinic LLP (BIN 251140001311), Almaty, 113 Timiryazev St. Referred to below as "the clinic," "we." You can reach us about personal data matters by email at [email protected] or by phone at +7 776 035 65 33.
We process personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law "On Personal Data and Their Protection."
2. What data we collect
- Data from the booking form on the site: name, phone number and the service you selected. You enter these yourself.
- Data when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email: whatever you share yourself (name, phone, the nature of your question).
- Technical data and cookies: information about your browser and device, pages visited, and the source that brought you to the site. This is collected unless you’ve declined cookies (see section 5).
We don’t ask for or collect information about your health, diagnoses, or medical records through the site. Please don’t send these through the form or in messages before your in-person visit.
3. How the booking form works
The site itself doesn’t save the data you enter in the form. After you click "Book an appointment," WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message, which you send yourself. Your message then reaches the clinic’s administrator, who processes it to book your appointment. The messaging app itself is governed by WhatsApp’s own rules.
4. Why we use your data
- to book your appointment and get in touch with you;
- to answer your questions about services, prices and doctors;
- to understand how visitors use the site and improve it;
- to measure advertising performance (if you haven’t declined cookies).
We don’t sell your data or use it for purposes other than those listed.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files the site saves in your browser. We use Google Tag Manager, through which Google’s analytics and advertising services may run. They load when you open the site. You can opt out: click "Decline" on the banner, and analytics and advertising tags stop loading. They also don’t load if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal.
In addition, the "Find us" section embeds a Google Map: when it loads, Google may receive technical data about your browser under its own rules.
You can change your choice at any time: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page and pick an option. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Who we may share data with
We use third-party services: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, Google (Tag Manager, analytics, maps), and Cloudflare for website hosting. Some of these services are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, and their data processing is governed by their own rules. We also share data with government authorities only in cases directly required by law.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data no longer than needed for the purposes of processing, and within the periods set by law. Inquiry data (name, phone, question) is deleted or anonymized once its purpose is fulfilled or you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Your rights
You can:
- find out what data of yours we process and why;
- request that we correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent to processing by writing to [email protected] or calling +7 776 035 65 33. We’ll respond within the reasonable period set by law.
9. How we protect your data
The site runs over the secure HTTPS protocol. Only clinic staff who need it for their work can access visitor inquiries. We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data, but no method of transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
